Lee Rachlin is ReedGroup’s Vice President of Customer Solution Delivery with accountabilities for implementation services and business analysis best practices.
He is a senior Absence, Disability and Life insurance leader with more than 20 years of experience successfully partnering with large multi-national customers and consultants to design and implement Group Insurance program solutions.
Prior to joining ReedGroup, Lee helped Zurich NA launch its Absence management, Disability and Life business in North America. In this role, Lee was pivotal in defining product offering, internal processes, and staff placement. He joined Zurich after leading Aetna’s Group Insurance Implementation and SaaS product as their Director of Business Program Management.
Lee has direct experience at a tactical level via prior roles, as a Senior Implementation Manager with Broadspire focusing on large, customized Disability, FMLA and Leave of Absence solutions to employers with more than 10,000 employees and as the Manager of Implementations and a Senior Business Systems Analyst for CORE, Inc. During this time, he was pivotal in the development of an integrated FMLA & Disability claims system leveraging his background in Operations, IS and Customer Service.
Lee holds a bachelor's degree in Biology and is certified in Six Sigma methodology. He holds the designation of “Project Management Professional” (PMP) credentialed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA) by Scaled Agile.
